Classification of the products to be procured: 14 (2) Nature and quantity of the products to be rent: System of Information Processing Center 1Set (3) Type of the procurement: Rent (4) Basic requirements of the procurement ̖The system to be procured is designed to provide comprehensive support for the university s education, research, library and administrative activities. It shall consist of the Virtual Environment Infrastructure System, Client System, Education and Research System, Library System, Administrative System, Network Service System, and Network Sys- ̗The Virtual Environment Infrastructure System shall serve as the cloud foundation for providing the following systems and must possess sufficient performance and advanced information security. ̘The Client System shall be used for classes, self-study, and other academic purposes, and must be capable of highspeed computation, local AI, and multimedia processing. ̙The Education and Research System shall manage the client systems and enable diverse information processing education for a large number of users. ̚The Library System shall be composed of information services and the operational systems that support them. ̛The Administrative System shall manage existing administrative clients and ensure smooth administrative processing. ̜The Network Service System shall provide university-wide services, including web services. ̝The Network System shall enable high-speed communication within the campus and the data center, while providing secure connectivity to external networks.
