(3) 令和7・8・9年度競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)において、関東・甲信越地域の競争参加資格を有する者のうち「物品の販売」 のA、B又はC等級に格付けされている者であること。詳細は入札説明資料による。
(4) 防衛省指名停止権者から又は航空幕僚長から「装備品等及び役務の調達に係る指名停止等の要領」に基づく指名停止の措置を受けている期間中の者でないこと。
(5) 前号により、現に指名停止を受けている者と資本関係又は人的関係のある者であって、 当該者と同種の物品の売買又は製造若しくは役務請負について防衛省と契約を行おうとする者でないこと。
(6) 警察当局から、暴力団又は暴力団員が実質的に経営を支配する事業者又はこれに準ずるものとして、国発注業務から排除対象者として指定されている者でないこと。
