(3) 令和7・8・9年度法務省競争参加資格 (全省庁統一資格) 「物品の製造」、 「物品の販売」又は「役務の提供等」においてA又はB の等級に格付けされた者であること。
(4) 予算決算及び会計令第73条の規定に基づき、支出負担行為担当官が定める資格を有する者であること。
(5) この公告の示した物品を第三者をして貸付けしようとする者にあっては、当該物品を自ら貸付けできる能力を有するとともに、第三者をして貸付けできる能力を有することを証明した者であること。
