(6) 入札方法入札金額は、電力調達需給期間における基本料金及び予定使用電力量に従い算出した電力量料金の税抜き加算金額とする。なお、電力量料金内の燃料費調整額等は、 令和8年1月時点に造幣局本局の属するエリアにおいて各社が採用している燃料費調整単価に電力調達需給期間の予定使用電力量を乗じた税抜き金額とする。 また、入札金額算定にあたっては、電力調達需給期間の力率は100%とし、電気事業者による再生可能エネルギー発電促進賦課金及び政府の電気料金負担軽減策による値引き額については、入札金額に含めないこととする。 落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の100分の10に相当する額を加算した金額(当該金額に1円未満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨てた金額)をもって落札価格とする。
